Refund Policy – Nationwide Shippers

At Nationwide Shippers, we strive to provide reliable and professional auto transport services. Please review our refund policy below for details regarding cancellations and refunds.

  

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel before your vehicle is assigned to a carrier (dispatched):

  • You      are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or broker fee.

  

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If you cancel after a carrier has been assigned (dispatched):

  • A      partial refund may be issued, minus any costs already incurred (such as      carrier fees).
  • If the      carrier has already begun travel toward pickup, no refund will be issued.

  

3. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet all pickup and delivery dates, please understand that delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. Refunds will not be issued for delays that are out of our control.

  

4. Vehicle Not Picked Up

If we are unable to assign a carrier within a reasonable time frame (as agreed upon), you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit or broker fee.

  

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Include      your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation
  • Refunds      are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment      method

  

6. Non-Refundable Fees
